Pacquiao is over rated. I remember when people were acting like his fights with Bradley were a blowout win for him. Every fight he lost they said he got robbed lol

I wouldn't say he was overrated. His fans are pretty cultish, but you can't deny he was brilliant when he was on the rise.

I thought he lost all four to Marquez. The second close but clear, the third clear and not close but he was robbed vs. Bradley and Horn.

Not sure he's overrated and by whom? Maybe his wacky fans but in general he's probably a top 50 all-time fighter (I probably have him around 40) and if you believe he has a fair win over Marquez he probably has the best wins scored by any fighter of the last 20 years.

Crawford is pathetic.. all he does is howl to the moon about fighting real competition.. and then cherry picks scabs who pose zero credible threat.. Pac man is the real champ, Thurman hasn’t fought in HOW LONG? He should be completely stripped.. Why is Crawford worried about it? He sounds butt hurt even comparing it to a SILVER strap.. upset he will never be a superstar on the level of Pac Man.. upset Pac Man about to get another massive pay day..

How about we only recognise the IBF...they are the only ones with integrity. They stick to their rules and don't seem to make exceptions for anyone

The problem is the stars greatly prefer the WBC because the WBC caters to them and the IBF won't.

I never recognized the WBO and stopped recognizing the WBA in 2001 when they introduced the super title. I stopped recognizing the IBF after the bribery scandal, but began recognizing them again when the federal monitor was installed. So right now I only consider the WBC and IBF to be world championships.

WTF. Go back and watch Morales/Raheem, Jones/Barrera and Bradley/Jmm and Floyd/Manny.

Now imagine what a dude with more speed, skill, size, boxing IQ and power would do to morales, jmm and barrera. Now how would Manny deal with Crawford's reach.

Crawford may not be a 1st ballot HOF'er just yet, but come on dude he'd be a real problem for all these dudes and likely beat them all by KO.

Crawford is simply too big for those guys. They all peaked under 135. Marquez had success at 135 and above partly because he was better (than Morales & Barrera) and he had the know-how regarding how to handle Pacquaio already.

Having said that in the manner which Marquez was a stylistic nightmare for Pacquaio (counter puncher, technically brilliant, hard hitting, courageous etc I think Crawford on a pound for pound level is a style mess for Marquez.

All three have obviously had all-time great careers and were lucky to have had opportunities for years to face other top fighters consistently whereas Crawford is currently writing his story. I think so far and judging off the eye test it would appear Bud's style doesn't really have a foil.

I put the "regular" title on about the same level as the IBO or an interim world belt. It's nice to have but it doesn't make you a real world champion.
