Pacs not even signed to TR anymore though so he has no say in who Pac fights anymore. He wasnt willing to put them in togther in the past because he thought he was gonna be able to milk Pac a few more times while using the potential match to build up Crawford into a bigger star. Arums plan all along was to keep milking Pac so he could buy time to build Bud and then cash out Pac once he knew with certainty that Pac was either A.) a guarenteed W for Bud B.) Never going to fight again or C.) Both A & B.

Lets not forget Pac wanted the fight as long as he got that $20 mill Arum was guarenteeing him against guys like Bradley, Rios and Algeri.

Arum could have dug in his pockets to make it happen but he was too greedy and didnt even entertain the idea. I dont blame Pac or Bud for that fight not happening.
