Besides, of course his B sample is going to come back clean because the drug doesn't stay in your system very long. It has a very short half-life.

I hope common sense prevails. Everyone knows I’m not a fan of Saunders but come on
1) the substance is only banned in the U.K. on fight nights
2) his b sample was clean
3) the fact the half life is so short he’s obviously not using it to gain an unfair advantage
4) no one wants to see the fight against that other fellaComment

But maybe if it doesn't go through they can fight after BJS suspension is over "IF" he gets suspended.Comment

Do you even understand how testing is done? Both samples are taken at the same time. You piss; they store your urine in two different vials (a and b).Comment

i think Hearn would like saunders to get a ban and stripped.
short term it isn't good for that card, but Andrade will win the belt in a vacant fight on that night and Hearn will have one of his new signing as Middleweight champ. it's better for Hearn long term to try to attract big middleweight fights to DAZN. what does he care if saunders gets stripped? he's a warren fighter and will likely be back on BT sport after this fight anyway.
Don't be surprise if he's trying to influence things to make it happen.Comment

He did but given the fact his b sample passes I hope they let him fight for the reasons above. Tbh the main reason is because I’m a fan of Andrade and beating Saunders for the belt will be a lot more meaningful than winning a vacant title and it would be a shame if that opportunity was taken from him because of a failed test for a drug that would be well out of his system by that point. The fact it was a voluntary test makes me genuinely believe Saunders didn’t know he’d failed or didn’t think the substance was banned by vada. Of course he should know better but he’s not the sharpest tool in the box.Comment
