Paulie was set up and used to dupe gullible people into believing that Conor had a shot against Floyd.

Here's what they did: Have Mctapper spar multiple rounds with Paulie - McTapper has got to land something on him at some point - and have him rush Paulie and bundle him over during the sparring - not difficult, as McTapper is the bigger man and an elite MMA fighter.

Then edit and merge the footage of Conor landing punches with the footage of Paulie going over - Bingo!

They had a video of McTapper decking a former world champion boxer in sparring which was convincing enough to fool the kind of gullible idiots they were targetting with it.

Anybody with eyes and a brain in their head could spot the joints in that video. But so what ... as long as the idiots accepted it at face value.

I called this fight entirely and said Khabib would win by rear naked choke! Pauli is totally right that Conor lacks character. That Choked wasn’t fully in but that’s not the to glaring thing. It was the fact that he didn’t do much to get out the choke!

cant stand mcgregor and i like malignaggi but mcgregor showed a lot of balls by just being in there in the first place. thats like the equivalent of thurman coming back now and fighting spence without any sort of tune up, although i think mcgregor had been out of mma action for even longer
