to be honest I am sick of the subject, real boxing fans know whats up..... I am only here because of that yankees7448 idiot

2015 was the year Gennady whined about being ducked, but volunatrarily chose NOT to meet cash cow Canelo/Cotto at 155 OR Ward at 168 (after calling him out at 168). Gennady - who cried about being ducked - chose to fight the Rubios (68 fights never a champion in an era with 4+ "champs" per division), Rosados (37 fights, 11 defeats, never a champion), Vanes (never held a belt), and Geales (who was somehow champion in his career lol - lil Cotto beat him better than Gennady lmfao).

You cant whine about "ducking" if you turn down cash cow offers.

And dont worry about yankee or tonyge. They would eat Khazakh **** even if it wasnt on the menu. They are like pasaywayko and spoon23. Their devotion is unhealthy and separate from reality...honestly probably sick.

You cant help a ***** supporter because they dont understand they are the problem...even with facts and evidence...its just "fake news"...a very dangerous slope when you cant look in a mirror without becoming su****ious of a goddamn mirror..

and Geales (who was somehow champion in his career lol - lil Cotto beat him better than Gennady lmfao).
Cotto was never an option. Cotto wanted nothing to do with GGG. Says he didn't need the belt to fight Canelo (i.e pay off the sanctioning body for the defense and GGG for the step aside). He also says who did GGG fight to earn a Cotto fight roughly around the same time he decided to fight GGG's sloppy seconds. By the by, GGG knocked Geale out a round before Cotto did and unlike Cotto GGG did not lose a single round to Geale on any of the scorecards. By no measure did Cotto beat Geale better than GGG did.

The World Boxing Council, the organization for which Cotto holds his middleweight belt, announced in the morning that it was stripping the 35-year-old Puerto Rican fighter of his belt for refusing to pay the $300,000 sanctioning fee the WBC was charging each fighter. Canelo and GBP paid the Mexican fighter's fee.

Cotto is also under a contractual obligation to pay the mandatory challenger, Gennady Golovkin, an $800,000 step-aside fee because he does not want to fight Golovkin should he defeat Alvarez. According to Cotto, though, that seems up in the air. That's still $1.1 million before the fight even starts.

Alvarez can take the WBC belt - and the lineal title - if he wins the fight.

Cotto called the $300,000 fee absurd and told a group of reporters Wednesday that he really doesn't care about the belt. He said he offered the WBC $125,000 for the fee, but the organization rejected it. "I don't need a belt to fight Canelo," he said. "And I keep $1.1 million in my banking account. It's better for me."

Cotto did say his fight with Alvarez was bigger than any organization, and it seems everybody agrees that, title or not, boxing needs a great fight, especially coming on the heels of the disappointment of the Mayweather-Pacquiao bout in May.

And Canelo did duck GGG. GGG was his mandatory. He had the choice to fight GGG or give up his belt. He gave up the belt and fought Liam Smith instead. How the ***** is it GGG ducking Canelo when Canelo gave up the belt and left the division rather than fight GGG. Haters gonna hate.

OR Ward at 168 (after calling him out at 168).
Andre Ward hadn't made 168 since 2013. You can't duck a guy who hadn't even made the weight for the weight class above you in 2 years. If Ward could have made 168 why didn't he. It isn't as if there weren't opponents out there for him to bid his time with. At the time Badu Jack, James DeGeale, Lucien Bute, George Groves, Gilberto Ramirez, the Dirrell Brothers were all active at the time. So even with a talent rich division he chose to move up. I give him credit for taking on Kovalev but if he really wanted GGG at 168 he could have took on quality guys to keep busy and force the issue. He moved up.

Gennady - who cried about being ducked - chose to fight the Rubios (68 fights never a champion in an era with 4+ "champs" per division),
He actually was the interm WBA middleweight champion at the time of the fight before he was stripped for missing weight. But I know you won't let facts get in the way of your point.
Rosados (37 fights, 11 defeats, never a champion), Vanes (never held a belt),
Gabriel Rosado fought GGG in January 2013. It was only GGG's second HBO fight. How far back are you going?

It's pretty ironic that you are criticising ***** supporter for disregarding facts and using selective arguments when you are doing it yourself lol.

            Bingo.

Cotto paid GGG a step aside fee, said who did GGG fight before fighting GGG's sloppy seconds, said he didn't need the belt to fight Canelo (hence was never planning to fight GGG) and left the division for good immediately after he lost to Canelo. Yet, guys like him and about***time claim GGG ducked him.

Canelo gave up the belt and ran down to a lower weight class to fight Liam Smith rather than fight GGG. When finally he decided to move up he jumped all the way up to 164 to weight drain JCC Jr rather than fight GGG. Yet GGG ducked Canelo according to these f*kkers.

Andre Ward hadn't made 168 since 2013. Left a division rich with talent (Groves, DeGeale, Jack, the Dirrell brothers, Ramirez) to move up from a division they claim he could still make weight for. Yet GGG ducked him.

FACT Cotto became a cherry picking b!tch after he lost to Trout. In the 5 years afterwards he fought Canelo, a Spanish speaking punching bag in Devin Rodriguez, a japanese speaking punching bag in Yosahiro Ka****i, a man who depended upon movement but was coming off of 2 major knee surgeries in Sergio Martinez, a guy GGG knocked out in 3 rounds in Daniel Geale and a midget who beat him in Sadam Ali. Like Sergio Mora you're giving him credit for what he did years ago rather than focus on the dishwasher safe list of opponents he fought over the last 5 years of his career.

FACT: Cotto pulled the "who has he fought card repeatedly when asked about GGG.

FACT Cotto paid GGG off so that he could fight Canelo instead.

FACT Cotto ran like the wind to a lower weight class the second he had the chance.

FACT You a shlt-stain troll for choosing to ignore these facts.

Swerving GGG was the smartest thing Cotto could have done. GGG would have done to Cotto what Hurricane Maria did to OUR island. One punch and lights out for months.

kid, the rubbish that you call..... " facts " .....

what does that rubbish have to do with Bullshltkin saying that he is ready and willing to fight at 154, but nobody will step up..... immediately after refusing to negotiate on weight with the 153lb SUPERSTAR Cotto?

                    WHAT..... ?

                    b,b,b,b,but.....

are they just whiney fanboy excuses, like the rubbish in my sig?

                    Bahahahahahahah !! lol

Cotto was faded, and he weighed 153..... how the fcuk was that hypejob Plodkin ever going to get any respect from the boxing world by ducking those kind of fights???

that type of ridiculous decision-making is why you fanboy shltters cop so much flak..... and yet, here you are valiantly defending that rubbish,,,,, with nonsense that you call..... "facts" LMAO

the only relevant " fact " is..... that Bullshltkin should have taken the fights he avoided..... because now that Canelo beat him up, Bullshltkin has no signature win and no legacy

in 20 years, the only thing people will say about Golovkin is.....

                    ..... who ?

                    Comment

                    • forget Cotto, it is kinda obvious that Bullshltkin would duck him..... hard to imagine a guy who ducked Sergio Mora fighting a stud like Cotto

                      Golovkin's legacy, in 20 years.....

boxing fan 1: hey, remember that Borat guy, the middleweight

                      boxing fan 2: who ?

boxing fan 1: you know, that guy..... Golovkin

                      boxing fan 2: nope

boxing fan 1: you know, the foreign guy everyone made fun of

boxing fan 2: nope, who'd he beat ?

boxing fan 1: ummm, not sure..... nobody really

boxing fan 2: nope, don't remember him

boxing fan 1: hey, remember that guy Broner...... he was a good fighter, funny too

boxing fan 2: yea, I remember him..... funny dude, good fighter
