Well they are not doing a very job of maximizing the ppv at the moment...no one knows who wilder is less than half the staples arena has been sold yet....they better get a move on with it....5 weeks left lol

        yet claim AJ is ducking.
AJ said if the fight was really worth $100 million in the US, give him $50 million and he'd sign tomorrow. They gave him the $50 million he asked for and he still refused to fight. That's a pretty blatant duck.

Hearn offered Wilder a flat fee with a one sided rematch, and claimed the fight would take place in 2018. Wilder agreed and then Hearn sent a contract with zero language guaranteeing the fight would be this year. Hearn refused to keep his promise that the fight would be next. That's a pretty blatant duck.

After being jerked around for two years in a row, Wilder finally said **** it and move on with his life. So yes, he's focused on Fury now. Possibly for a two fight deal. No, he's not interested in dealing with AJ drama again. He's over it. Gone in a new direction. Maybe after he's done with Fury, he can set his sights back on AJ again.

        • The issue I have is that Hearn never wanted to give Wilder a percentage split in initial talks. Why would Wilder accept a deal like that regardless of if it’s the most he would have ever made? It takes 2 to make the fight so if the fight is going to bring in huge business than Wilder deserves his fair share. He shouldn’t get 50/50 though but maybe around 35-40%.

Then why is he Showtime's biggest ratings draw? Why was his last fight the 2nd most successful fight in Barclays history? Why is he one of the stars of a successful reality show on a major cable network? Why have millions of viewers tuned in when he's fought on network TV?

Why are you blatantly lying? Anybody can go to AXS.com and see there are less than 1,800 seats left, in a venue that holds 21,000. Clearly more than half the arena has been sold. Is your life really that pathetic that you have to blatantly lie about easily verifiable facts on the internet to try to fool people?

So how come you know everything about wilder including his purse. Am sure you will know the purses of his shambolic opponents as well.

So why has he not been on ppv being showtime biggest draw.

Am sure you will not pay to see wilder on ppv., same as many of his fans that come to this page to rant.

They can't bring out money to support their champ on ppv.

Because Showtime, unlike HBO, was willing to pay enough money for fights that it didn't make sense to put a fight on PPV unless it was capable of selling several hundred thousand buys.

HBO PPVs like GGG vs Lemieux, GGG vs Jacobs, Crawford vs Postol, Ward vs Kovalev I & II, etc, those were all fights where Showtime would be willing to spend the kind of money it would take to keep the fight off of PPV, but HBO wasn't.

Wilder vs. Fury is the first fight Wilder's had where 300-400k buys is realistic, and therefore it's a fight Showtime wouldn't be able to afford without PPV.

Because they know and believe wilder don't have that capacity to attract his whack fans to pay and watch him.

Fury and AJ are the only fighters that can make wilder fans watch him on ppv.

Many of his fans can't invest money to see their champ.

                      Is that one a champ?
