Exactly what pay per view did he headline? Because here in the States there has been no pay per view with Whyte as a headliner. Wilder vs Fury on the other hand will be a pay per view event in the U.S as well as the U.K

Ortiz is the worst possible matchup for Whyte. I don't think Ortiz is better than Joshua or Wilder, but I think he smokes Whyte faster than both. Ortiz is by far the most skilled of the four and he has the power to back it up. If Joe Parker can put Whyte on the mat, Ortiz will knock his head clean off.

No fanboy or **** rider here. I’m a old school fan that would like to see the best fighting the best how it use to be instead of A side and B side bull****. Again it would be ****** to negotiate a fight when you have a big fight on the horizon where if he wins his value would be higher so why sell yourself lower.

Ok well can you see why you come across as a fanboy ****rider when I’m talking about whyte and Ortiz and you pop up talking about wilder and aj.

I pretty much just said the reason why they are stalling negotiations is so they can see how well the fury fight does.

Yesterday an article was published on BoxingScene.com in which heavyweight contender Dillian Whyte claimed that former interim champion Luis Ortiz prized himself out of potential fight a few years ago and again this summer.

Ortiz is still one of the men to beat in the division as far as I am concerned, still a top 5. He didn't lose stock at all in my book after the wilder loss, in the same way Lucas didn't lose stock to me after the Danny loss. The better fighter lost on both occasions.

The problem with facing White on the undercard of Fury-Wilder is I don't see where the money is going to come from as Wilder and Fury most likely have taken the lion's share.

Good fight in theory though.

If either wants the fight it should be where both make more and that's obviously in the U.K headlining their own show with no wilder or fury on the card.

If Ortiz declines it now,its just an empty call out.

Theres zero reason for Ortiz to fight another top 100 guy on an undercard, when Whyte has just defeated a top guy most thought was going to win and now is a PPV guy on the map.

If Ortiz fights some guy outside top 20 while joyce fights Washington,it will look pretty dumb when he has an invite here....
