the phrase 'damned if you do, damned if you dont' comes to mind. hes trying to do all he can to get the fight on and youre still criticising him lol
Hearn admits his initial offers to Wilder were complete rubbish

So you're admitting they made a better offer because this time they really want the fight unlike last time they were sending unrealistic offersComment

How you come to that?
They wouldn't be offering a guy 5x+ what he's ever made if they didn't want the fight. They wouldn't be still sending offers now if they didn't want the fight.Comment

HEarn has admitted that the Fury fight increases Wilder split should he win, that’s why he is getting a better offer now than before when his value was based mostly on being a dangerous American opponent from a huge draw in Joshua.
A win over Fury on PPV probably makes Wilder a star in his own right assuming the fight isn’t complete arse. Not as big a star as Joshua most likely, but worthy of a decent whack of money.Comment

Don't forget! this is also dependant on Wilder beating Fury as well.
Personally, I see Wilder KOing Fury but, just to see Finkel crawling back to Eddie Hearn for fights, would be so satisfying.Comment

So that means make the offer AFTER Wilder wins. Right?HEarn has admitted that the Fury fight increases Wilder split should he win, that’s why he is getting a better offer now than before when his value was based mostly on being a dangerous American opponent from a huge draw in Joshua.

We both know that they need to be in the process of negotiating at least to hold off the ABC mandatories being ordered. Basics.
We have to assume there will be a clause in the offer that he has to beat Fury.
Finkel himself was open to negotiating, meeting in October after the Fury fight was made. Was he lying?Comment
