I get all this but the WBC could've easily told Loeffler to fck off and adhere by their rules. telling Charlo to "earn" the Canelo fight is just messed up and foul when he already has that right. giving Canelo a voluntary is one thing, I don't care about that. the part that stinks is telling a mandatory he has to "earn" a title shot. Charlo should be allowed to just sit and wait until Canelo has his voluntary.

I have mixed feelings about Charlo. The two fights he took at Middle were mandated so he has no control over that. On the other hand he's been inactive. Appears to be a KO puncher but really at Middle who knows? The WBC are ruining the sport. Letting Canelo to habitually fight over his weigh limit and keep his JM status and now sticking it to Charlo.

You dudes really trying hard to say Jermall is getting the bad deal when in fact he is getting a GREAT opportunity cuz he can fight Triple L, whoop his a*s & he can ALSO fight Nelo HOO-MUTHA F'N-RAY! Jermall will probably ALSO have chances at other champions.

I would love to see Charlo and Golovkin fight. And I think canelo wants to do a trilogy fight next year. Fare enough. But if he wants to fight in December for a title defense then that is his perogative. Yet fighting another Golovkin victim seems a moot point. If Charlo was next in line to fight a mando with Golovkin, why is he being hop-scotched over by Lemieux for a belt that Canelo now has?! Lemieux is utter dog **** at top level and his brand is wearing thin to fans that actually keep up with the sport. In all fairness to Charlo, he deserves his title shot and imo its his time to step up and prove his mettle as an elite fighter. Win or lose, he will make a boatload of money, and there is always a DJ and possibly a Golovkin fight in his future.
