Golovkin was never ordered to fight Charlo, because Charlo is mandatory challenger for the WBC title, not the IBF.

And what title do you think Golovkin has the right to give up in order to avoid fighting Charlo now?

And what makes you think Charlo even wants to fight GGG next, instead of getting his mandatory shot at Canelo?

Why did the IBF strip Golovkin of their title?
The IBF were willing to allow GGG to fight an unranked bum
as long as he agreed to fight the #1 contender within 90
days of the fight. They probably would not have given him
such stipulations or stripped his title if he had wanted to
fight #4 ranked Charlo instead of unranked Martirosyan.
Golovkin already gave up a title to maintain his Canelo
rematch, and he lost the remainder of his titles in the ring.
He no longer has any titles to give up, but the WBC said he
can have another shot at the title by beating Charlo.
It doesn't matter if Charlo wants to fight Canelo next.
Everyone wants to fight Canelo next. Golovkin would like to
fight Canelo over-&-over until he finally manages to win.
It didn't matter that Derevyanchenko wanted to fight GGG
when he was mandatory, so why do you care about Charlo
wanting/deserving to fight Canelo next?
