No matter the weird animosity people have towards AJ, he owns three of the belts. These two aint the best, the evidence so far points to AJ but that doesn't mean nothing until they ALL face each other. Anything else is bs.

Charles Martin (who basically won his title because the IBF's #1 rated fighter tore up his knee by tripping over his own foot), Joseph Parker (who just got beat by Dillian Whyte, lol) and, all respect in the world to him, an aging Wladimir Klitschko who was two years removed from being made to look ancient by Tyson Fury in his last fight.

The only one that seems to find it urgent to have a meeting to negotiate the fight between Wilder and Joshua is Hearn.

Wilder and his team are ignoring him, so why doesn't he just line up his fight with Whyte in April? No one cares, because it's only a matter of time before Hearn says "we can't wait any longer, and we're going to be forced to fight Whyte instead." More damage control by Hearn. Otherwise why would he keep putting it in the media.

Offer the right percentage and the fight is made. Simple really. You CAN lowball and still make money but Joshua doenst have anywhere else to go. Whyte rematch is cool, Miller is a option but Wilder/Fury is all that is left. Pay to play. Idc what the split is, just be reasonable and make the fight so I can watch.

I really don't understand people defending wilder/his team for ducking this offer.

At the moment, they haven't even responded - but I don't think anyone can argue it's a bad offer. 35% is the low end but it's certainly not a offer to turn down and claim the other guy is ducking. Shirley, or whoever else - it's their job to go discuss these deals - it shouldn't even effect wilders camp, particularly not this far out.

Wilder team has a big fight on his hands with fury, if he wins his stock goes up even more beating him why negotiate a fight for April before the outcome of his fight in December locking into a financial split that will be tailored to favor Joshua side the most? Just wait until after dec 1st and talk then in good faith to give us fans the fight we really want to see

Not much point in talking right now and even if there was there is zero pint in doing anything publicly. This would be called grandstanding because all this is is playing to a certain crowd.

If he was serious this would be conveyed behind closed doors and it might get heard about but it would more like a rumor than straight out a main player coming out and saying this to the public.


It may or may not happen next if Wilder wins but something like this means nothing much right now.
