1. Lemieux was never that good and was probably no better than a b- fighter at any point in his career. But keep in mind, that ggg fought him because many others (including your hero Canelo) wanted nothing to do with ggg. But at the very least, when ggg fought lemieux, he was only 26 yrs old, had 9 wins in a row. Now, when canelo wants to fight him, lemieux will be 30 and has lost badly in 2 of his last 8 fights. 2. Yes, jacobs is the best win on GGG's resume while was cheated out of 2 deserving wins vs canelo. But, you should try and pretend that you know boxing and remember how Canelo handed over a belt instead of fighting him and the fought other guys for less money, Sergio martinez declined the chance to fight him because he wanted to make more money vs cotto, cotto declined the chance to face him and went for more money vs canelo, in addition guys like saunders and Eubank Jr also chose not to face him. Even froch retired when the fight was in the table. The only fight you can say maybe could've happened was vs ward but let's not forget that ward was wrapped up in his own promotional issues and wasn't fighting during most of that time. No fight brings him real money except Canelo. Everything else is peanuts so the question is what fight brings you closer to canelo? If he fights Murata then that tells you he wants no parts of Canelo or Charlo and just wants to grab the easiest fight with the highest chance of winning. It's not about money. WBC doesn't have that Power or Authority at all that is completely up to Canelo and GBP as far as if they fight GGG again. It is nothing GGG can do honest but wait and see if Canelo wants to do it again or if a Network like ESPN, DAZN or Showtime offers BIG MONEY for the 3rd Fight that neither can refuse
