Wrong. He asked for permission from the present DCO, had a sample taken from before the IV, had another sample taken after the IV, and then applied for a retroactive TUE which is all a standard part of WADA protocol. Go read up about it.

Where is the doping in this story? You have some information about that or just pulling more absolute shlt from your ass. You really shouldn't spread lies.

Yes it is banned, just like steroids and clenbutorol.

Did Floyd take it with or without a TUE?

I think you need to do some research. Stop embarrassing yourself.

There are situations for which TUEs may be granted retroactively. The evaluation process is identical to the standard TUE application procedure i.e. the TUEC evaluates the application and issues its decision. The ISTUE stipulates which situations may result in the granting of a retroactive TUE

      https://www.wada-ama.org/en/question...n-tue#item-734

Or maybe you should look up the word retroactive. Figure out what that means, then try again.

So he took a banned IV that he didn't have permission to take.

        Glad we agree.

Do you think this was state sponsored doping?

        It very much seems so.

How many boxers today use USADA?

Do you know what retroactive means? It's a simple question.

Yes, I do. I also believe that one of your idols is su****ious as fvvck. Do you believe that Toradol should be given for a non-injury....and that his attempt at doping should have been supported by a world renowned surgeon. Who is to blame for that atrocity?

Not sure how many use USADA. Seems it was good enough for Manny Pac.

MANILA, Philippines – Boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao has requested a random drug testing for his upcoming fight against Mexican brawler Brandon “Bam Bam” Rios, according to his adviser Michael Koncz.

In a ****** report by Lem Satterfield, Koncz said the drug test will be done by either the United State Anti-Doping Agency (USADA) or The Voluntary Anti-Doping Association (VADA) ahead of their bout in Macau on November 23.

"The fact is that Manny has requested random drug testing for this fight. We still haven't decided which entity we'll use," said Koncz.

Still have a problem with USADA?

Yes, USADA is very dodgy. Allow the like of Marion Jones to dope for years. Destroyed samples, and allowed Mayweather to take banned substances. Freely allowed Simone Biles take PEDs as well.

Retroactive TUEs can only be approved in medical emergencies.

What possible medical emergency Could Floyd had that could only be cured by this banned IV?

The same USADA that went after Lance Armstrong hard?

Where is your proof of these claims? Or do you just ignore that. I'd expect much more for someone who refuses to say anything bad about Sharapova. Isn't this you taking up for her....

It doesn't have to be a medical emergency. Go do some research and then come back and tell us what you got wrong.

USADA let Armstrong dope for years and years. It was only other cyclist who saw him dope who came out and spoke out forced USADA to actually do something.

Serana was another one that got multiple TUEs for the roids from USADA.

So what are the reasons why we can take banned substances?

                This should be good LMAO

                  Makes business cents......

The fight wont do the same numbers however even if it does a 1/3 which it will that's $200 mil. Floyd gets at least $100, Pac $50 give or take. So I guess they're fighting in 2019.

You ask a lot of questions, but apparently you can't read. Go do some damn research, fool.

Oh, and explain why you take up for Sharapova. THAT should be good I guess she got that right hue that you look for, huh?

Oh, and maybe explain Manny Back Ac Pac getting caught trying to shoot up with Toradol when his own surgeon said it wasn't needed. Hmmm.

We all know you already, fool. Seek some help.
