Who says Fury was in Wladimir's head, maybe Wladimir was just 39 years old.

15 months later AJ knocked Wladmir out. Fury threw arm punches for 12 rounds against a Wladmir who couldnt pull the trigger. Not an impressive fight by Fury at all. And in the 3 years since then, Fury has gain and lost 100 lbs and went on a coke and alcohol binge and threw his title belt in the trash can. He is a shell of the fighter who closely UD'd 39 year old Wladimir.

Fury's two "fights" this year were a joke. Wilder knocks him out.

he even said to Wlad's face that he knows Wlad needs to be in control of all situations around him, that he noticed it years before when Fury was at his training camp, so he wouldn't allow it. He knew by doing what he does that Wlad could never control the situation when Fury was around. You could see Wlad was uncomfortable around him.

How much that actually matters in the fight is another thing, but Athletes are strange people, you see that with crazy superstitions that some have.

if Wlad went into that fight not feeling in control of the whole event, there's nothing to say it can't affect his performance too.

That said, i don't think it will affect Wilder much come fight night. i think he isn't the type to get thrown off his game, where as Wlad was more susceptible to it after years of being in total control.

That chit is all overrated. DLH didnt make eye contact with Mayorga when they touched gloves, just stared at the ground, must have lost the mental game and been scared right? Mayorga got in his head surely. Except he knocked him out because he was the better fighter.

If all Fury's mind games did was win him a close decision over a 39 year old Wladmir who was previously stopped 3 times when he was in his prime, then Fury's mind games wont be enough to get an edge over Wilder. Sounds like Fury needs to go back on the nandrolone. Or wait no he didnt take that on purpose, he ate "contaminated boar meat". That was his excuse. So he will need some more steroid infused pork to go along with his mind games for wilder.

            Why didn't Wilder face Wlad?

It took him how many fights to fight someone with a pulse? (ortiz) now he is hoping Fury is finished after 2 years out

So Bermane Stiverne was someone without a pulse? If so, then I guess Charles Martin and Joseph Parker didn't have pulses either eh? Because neither of them had stellar resumes when AJ fought them.

How about Malik Scott? He didn't have a pulse either? If not, then I guess that means Carlos Takam didn't have a pulse either, since his fight record is quite similar to Malik Scott's.

As for why Wilder didn't fight Wladimir, simple, Wladimir didn't want the fight. He was asked multiple times after Wilder won the WBC strap if he would fight Wilder, and Wlad has been on record stating he wouldn't fight Wilder at that time because he thought Wilder needed to get a couple of high-profile victories under his belt. This was all prior to the Fury fight btw, but most AJ stans don't bother acknowledging any of this.

Ortiz was an is wayyy more deadlier and skilled than Tyson fury.. his reputation as the boogeyman of the division.. mind games didnt work on the bomber.. ortiz weighed 241 lbs.. and 214 pound Wilder slung him around like a ragdoll.. bronze bomber is a spiritual giant.. Fury will realize why eddie ducked Wilder.. because he knows that the bronze bomber lived inside of Wilder. Sleeping.. waiting for his next victim to devour whole. And come fight night Fury will wake the sleeping giant and will be sacrificed.
If the bronze bomber is all that .. how come he's the bronze bomber, not the gold bomber?

That's the only reason that cherry picking fake champion Wilder wanted to fight him. Even a shell of Fury will be too much for the can crusher to handle though.

Exactly wilder your not wlad! Your not half the boxer wlad was. Fury screwed wlad mentally real good to the point that Wlad was far defeated before they even fought. Imagine what 2 months of fury making love to wilders brain is going to do?
Wilder will be a head case come dec. he will be convinced he’s not that good and that fury’s punches will affect him giving fury a 12 rd decision.
Frankly fury’s boxing ain’t that good anyway but his mental game would crack peak Ali!
Can’t wait to see the emotions fury’s going to put wilder through!

I still think the best verbal jab from either of them is "You can't win this fight without Uncle Peter"

as much as they're having fun with the little jabs, that's the most true burn thrown so far.
