Fury as a prospect used to be very entertaining and got hurt a few times, and now completely changed his style up. And more power to him. Is it crowd pleasing? No, but it is a damn hard style to look good against, and win against. It will be up to Wilder to fight disciplined and not be discouraged to pull the trigger if he finds himself missing early. Fury doesn't have the fire power to go toe to toe against the likes of Wilder or Joshua. This is the type of style he has to implement to hang with the top HWs of the world. I got no problem with it.

The press conferences will be a lot better than the fight. Fury has an ugly style and pillows for power.

Then he'll do the same vs AJ and retire with two huge paydays.
Most boring fights for casuals are actually good display of skills for hardcore fans. You don’t survive 12 rounds with the most powerful heavy weight in the prime of his life without some skill. It’s gotta take footwork, stamina, good reflexes and defense.
Guess well just have to judge the performance when it happens.
When Fury pulls it off in any way, I wouldn’t be surprised. Though I really want the Aj-wilder fight while both have their 0s.
This is a tough matchup for me.

Though Wilder lacks technique it’s also nice to root for a guy who only mostly uses instinct and physical gifts.
While fury needs to fight a technical fight to nullify the advantage of the former. It is honestly an interesting scenario if ur a true fan. The job ain’t easy for both.

                    Gawd I hope not!

I'm thinking it will not be that bad. Wilder will go for it where Parker did just enough to win pretty much every round. Given that Hughie did next to nothing Parker didn't have to do a lot more than that.

Wilder is going to be right there all night getting hit with a lot of pitty-pat (losing most every round) and trying to throw a bomb over the top of it.

I'm very surprised to hear a comment like this from you.

Even with all the knowledge I have, we have, what makes the sport so fascinating to me, so compelling, is that we NEVER truly know what's going to happen until the fight happens. The drama unfolds in the ring, as they say. A far cry from, baseball, per se, where with advanced analytics we can safely project W/L records of contenders a year out.
