-How is a fight in Tokyo going to generate the $100m guarantee needed to get Floyd in the gym?

-How much money is Manny Pacquiao getting to fight Floyd after getting near 40% on the first fight that saw him get routed and basically end him as a feature draw?

That's an American rivalry and it has to be built up and made in America! Anywhere else is a waste of money unless some rich japanese people wanna flood the ring with ads or something. Makes no sense for a huge fight like this to be made in Japan otherwise.
