It was already held by Fury and remained unrecognized. So when you say it'd be recognized if held by Fury, we know you're lying.
No it's not a lie I was saying that if the IBO was included in the current fight they'd probably be bragging about it.

For me to be lying it WOULD have to be involved I'm the Fury Wilder and they'd both have to not mention it (imagine that) and I'd have to say the are regarding as the one belt to rule them all. Go to school before you reply with such a dumb comment.

Classic Wilder fanboy tactics call someone a liar and hope it sticks so you don't have to strain your one brain cell actually thinking.

No they wouldn't, because the very very rare times that the IBO is involved in a Haymon fight, it is completely ignored in all promotion, ignored by the network, etc. Nobody in the industry recognizes the IBO. I don't know how this is even a discussion. It's not a recognized world title.

Prove what? That the IBO isn't recognized? What is there to prove? The WBC, WBA, IBF, WBO, HBO, Showtime, ESPN, Sky Sports, BT Sports, Ring Magazine, IBHOF, etc don't recognize the IBO. Nobody does.

            June 14, 2015:

There are no professional sports teams in Alabama. The Crimson Tide are THE professional team. As a young boy, Wilder was torn between basketball and football. He chose the pigskin and wanted to embark on a path to the NFL. He enrolled at Shelton State Junior College in Tuscaloosa with the goal of playing major Division I college football.

The path ended when his daughter Naieya was born on March 20, 2005 and boxing entered his mind.

"I was a fan of boxing growing up," Wilder said. "I loved it growing up. I loved to watch it. Boxing didn't come until later on. I went to college and had my daughter. When I had her, it changed my life forever and my career. This is how I got into boxing and here I am now."

When she was born, Naieya was diagnosed with spina bifida, a birth defect in which a developing baby's spinal cord fails to develop properly. Wilder dropped out of Shelton State, and with bills mounting he needed a plan. He needed for it to happen quickly. Wilder ended up taking jobs at local chain restaurants and as a delivery truck driver to make ends meet.

"I went from IHOP, to AI-Three Company, Red Lobster and Budweiser," Wilder said. "The most interesting job was a delivery driver for Budweiser. I was still an amateur boxer. I had to get up at 4:30-5 a.m. every morning and I had to lift multiple amounts of beer. They probably put 1,000 cases of beer on my truck. I considered that a morning workout."

Wilder, who was 19 years old when everything was happening with Naieya, really didn't know what boxing was. He would watch certain fighters with his friends on television, but when Wilder decided he was going to give it a go, he realized he had found his calling...

After only 20 amateur fights, Wilder won the Olympic trials and qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing. He won the bronze medal and was the only American to medal. When the Games commenced, Wilder turned professional and off he went.

Wilder started boxing at 19, Joshua 18.
Wilder qualified for the Olympics in 20 fights, Joshua 18
Wilder had a record of 30-5, Joshua 40-3

As i said they had around the same amount of experience before turning pro. The excuse of Wilder starting late and deserving extra credit is bull****.

I didn't know that about Joshua! Well that explains why he's not all that, and why he never faced Ortiz! Now I'm even more interested in Joshua vs. Usyk!

That Wilder/Fury wouldn't claim to have an extra belt in the fight.

                  You can't.

The honest truth is that neither Wilder nor Joshua can compare to Lennox Lewis, Wladimir Klitschko, or Rid**** Bowe. Fury and Ortiz are probable the 2 most technically skilled fighters, however all it takes is one good punch when you're talking about HWs. That's why I want to see what Usyk does @ HW! Maybe he can do what Evander Holyfield did @ HW?
