What do you think the referee should've done?

Nothing he could do. If he could have gotten in there sooner and called a knockdown that would have been great but he could not. The guy who was knocked down should have stayed down. The way he sprang up ready to go made him fair game imo. Not a sure thing the ref was even going to call a kd.
