Canelo is a higher level fighter than Froch. His handspeed kept Golovkin honest. Golovkin **** it going to the body because he knew Canelo was too quick, too slick and would counter him in combos. I believe he's also much better defensively than Froch so he had or has certain advantageous things going for him

Man you guys are forgetting that the only reason GGG was hesitant was cause Canelo was beating him to the punch was quicker with his counters.
Froch is no were near the explosiveness of Canelo.

amazing how ggg is now some cannon fodder in these mythical match ups cause he lost a decision at 36 in a fight most thought he won. he'd have outboxed froch who lets face it had more than 1 or 2 of his own limitations. groves almost had him out of there

I agree about the mediocre thing.

I've only become more familiar with this super 6 stuff in recent years. And I don't see the big deal. They all suck and most of the fights were boring and there was robberies as well.
