Pretty much consensus top 5 (in no order) is

Povetkin, Joshua, Wilder, Ortiz and Whyte

Who in the top 5 has Povetkin and Whyte beat?

I'm not bothered about povetkin but whyte beat Parker. That's a win to get you in the top 5.

I’m still not convinced on Ortiz. Until he actually beats someone at top end I can’t really judge him; all has down so far is wobble wilder - but even Eric molina did that?

Ortiz could be top5 but for me at the moment I would go:

Joshua
Wilder
Povetkin
Parker
Whyte

I still have parker lightly above Whyte because I think he’s more consistent but obviously given Whyte beat him that’s not obvious.

The likes of Ortiz, Fury, Miller and Zhang could move themselves up there, but for me, they need proven fights first. (Zhang I’m less certain but have watched a couple fights since he was rumoured to be in with Joshua ; hard to judge him fighting nobodies).

That’s the problem though, nobody in the top 5 wants to fight each other.

And I don’t even have Parker in my top ten. He’s lost 3 of his last 4 by my scorecards
