He learned that Barrios was good in the inside. Barrios has fast short punches and that is something you shouldnt disregard. Ancajas tried to be smart and cautious because of that but sometimes get into wild exchanges which was Barrios game. If had stayed away from thise wild exchanges and smartly recompose, I think would have been clearer.

But i still saw Ancajas control the fight landed more than Barrios.

The most annoying part was the Pacquiao comparisons...

Aside from being Filipino and a southpaw, THEY'RE NOTHING ALIKE!!

And it seems Ancajas is NOT A TRUE SOUTHPAW!!

He started out as orthodox and converted later. That explains his sloppy style.

There is little to no Filipino boxer today that is near Pacquiao level even when he just started out.

In his US debut, Pacquiao knocked out Ledwaba and took his IBF superbantamweight belt and left a very good impression!!

He was a very exciting fighter to watch. The No Fear vibe going on and brutally knocking out his opponents. The KOs itself are not his highlights. It was HOW HE FIGHTS that excites people.

And Jerwin Ancajas had none of that.

Or maybe Pacquiao just set too high of a standards for Filipino boxers. Boxing experts and enthusiasts usually gives Filipino boxers a tough time. I could be wrong

Btw Rungvisai takes Jerwin's head off and any other superflyweights out there. Would like Rungvisai to face Inoue after the WBSS tournament.

Fanboy if Mexican fighters. You cant even justify your score and calling it a robbery. It would be acceptable if you think it was close your fighter won, but to say robbery is bull****. A draw is the most acceptable decision since no one dominated and a lot of rounds are close and could go either way.

Ancajas was FIRE when he fought McJoe Arroyo, Teiru Kino****a, and Jamie Conlan.

Ever since signing with Top Rank, he faded. All that publicity went into his head, his trainer, and his camp.

Rungvisai puts him in a coffin if they ever meet

Btw, I had it as a draw, if you turned off the volume from the biased commentators and the largely mexican crowd.

He was fine against israel gonzalez but since sultan he's been too tentative and cautious.

I agree Ancajas is not ready for Runvisai. He wont be able to fend off the bulldozing style of Sor.
But to say Rungvisai is unbeatable in this division is not certain. A master boxer with a very strong chin and very good stamina will frustrate him. Rungvisai is not that fast and not technically sound, but has a lot of power, gas, strong and durable. He just bulldoze and throws alot of strong punches.
