He will force Bobs arm to make this happen cause thats what Loma is about championship fights, unifications and legacy.
      Fighting the very best available.
Let's see what Mikey has to say now that Loma has put it out their tgat he wants his belts.
if thats the case Loma had plenty of times to face Mikey.

instead he said things like "who knows maybe mikey beats me up like how I beat up rigo"

Man Mikey calls out so many fighters but who has he actually fought.
He's going after Spence cause its less humiliating getting his 0 from a fighter that he shoukdnt even be in the ring with compared to a p4p Loma thats in your own weight class and thus is for all the belts.
Once Loma takes care if business.
        Anyone can see it.
Mikey is a fraud and he knows will get humiliated against Loma.

            May 15, 2018:

However, Arum is concerned about how the negotiations would go because he says Garcia is always asking for a lot of money and always wants a fight to be completed on his terms.

Also taking into account, Garcia sued Top Rank over his promotional contract in 2014 - and the legal battle lasted for two years. And Garcia is also very loyal to Showtime, while Lomachenko is contractually tied to ESPN.

"With a Mikey Garcia [fight], it becomes like the second coming of Mayweather-Pacquiao," the 86-year-old Arum admitted.

"The negotiations will go on - I may be 90-years-old by the time negotiations finish. I'm tired of that. Whoever's the best available, whichever makes the most sense, that’s what we're gonna go after.

"If [Garcia] wants to fight, let him call me and I'll give him a number. If he doesn't like the number - f*** it - I ain't negotiating! It's because of the way he negotiates. If he's loyal to Showtime and they've been good to him, let him be loyal to Showtime - just don't bother me."

            September 19, 2018:

Arum claims his company’s contentious history with Mikey Garcia won’t prohibit them from making a deal for a Lomachenko fight. Top Rank Inc. promoted Mikey Garcia for his first 34 fights, but a financial dispute led to Garcia buying himself out of his promotional contract in May 2016 and ultimately kept him out of the ring for 2½ years.

“The only conversation I had was with Robert,” Arum said. “I said, ‘Tell your brother to shut the ***** up. Lomachenko is fighting Pedraza in December. And if he wins, I promise you I’ll sit down with Mikey right after that fight and try to make a fight with Loma.’ That’s the best I can do. I’m not gonna sit [down with him] now and make the fight, when [Lomachenko] has a fight coming up...

Lomachenko, while highly skilled, is at least considered an opponent Garcia could beat. Arum just hopes Mikey Garcia is reasonable when the time comes to negotiate.

“He’s saying that he wants the fight,” Arum said. “Now, when we sit down with him, as long as he’s willing to take a guarantee, with a percentage, OK. But if he starts asking crazy numbers, then who could afford to do it?”

Does this sound like a man who wants to see this fight happen?

Once an athlete hits 31 or 32, it's all downhill, unless PEDs. They are both 30, right at the end of their primes, it's the perfect time. In reality, the last two years would have been the perfect time, since that's when Mikey and Loma both clearly hit their peak. We are seeing not just prime, but peak performances from them, just like how Canelo was 27-28 years old the last two years and he showed he is peaking by winning 4 out of every 12 rounds he fights old GGG. That's a lot better than Canelo would have done at any other age so he's clearly peaking.

Mikey and Loma will both still be good the next two years, but probably not as good as they were the last two years, which is why the last two years was really the perfect time to make the fight. But if they do it in 2019, both will still be prime, so it's all good. Anything later than 2019, and you are really looking at a diminished matchup. Their reputations might go up with casual fans, but their ability will only go down, and when ability goes down, so does the quality of the fight, and when the quality of the fight goes down, casual fans are less likely to buy the next one, defeating the whole purpose of waiting extra years to make the fight in order to make casual fans more aware of the fighters. Just make the fights when they are hot with the hardcores and the hardcores will tell the casuals, and the casuals that watch will see an elite, prime fight, and become hardcores for the next one.

That is the way to make the biggest PPVs while also giving fans a good product that will grow the sport and bring more back for the next one. GGG-Canelo II sold less PPVs than the first one despite more casual fans knowing about them than before the first fight. There's a reason for that, GGG was old in both fights and unable to push the action like he used to, resulting in two tamed performances, resulting in two fights that never really ignited like they would have in GGG's prime, resulting in disappointment for casual fans and even many hardcore fans like myself. Don't repeat that mistake with Mikey-Loma. Don't try to control the outcome. Whoever loses, especially if it's Mikey, will still have a PPV future. If Mikey loses, it creates a PPV star in Loma at 135, and Mikey can still move up to 140 and 147 and become a PPV star there and still be become a great of this era with big wins up there.

The time is now. Mikey and Loma both need a springboard to bigger stardom. Best to do that early, not late, otherwise what are you springing towards? GGG and Ward did not get springboards until 32 in Ward's case, and 35 in GGG's case, resulting in hundreds of millions of dollars being left on the board. Don't make that mistake with Mikey and Loma. This could even be the start of a trilogy over many years and multiple weights. One fight in 2019, then go their separate ways, and maybe rematch and a trilogy at 140 4 years from now, along with many other big fights with other opponents in between. But it all starts with making Mikey-Loma early next year.
Damn That was a lot of your own sentiment written in your own unique way to sound factual. I will give you an A for conviction. However, your main points that I derived from it is that hardcore boxing fans can only appreciate a fight if both boxers are under 31 years and all boxers are at their optimum peak at 30 years.

Of course you have PPV records to substantiate your hard facts?

Could be thats a "what if/maybe/who knows" but what we do know for sure is that lomachenko himself said he thinks Mikey garcia would beat him up same fashion that he (lomacheko) beat up rigo, so lomachenko is thinking he might take a one sided beat down... thats what we know.

If that's what you want to keep telling yourself go right ahead.
I'm willing to bet a perma-ban that if this fight goes ahead Loma wins.

Mikey will be too busy screaming to everyone who will listen that he wants Spence, and then he will fight Beltran.
