Out of competition means you have no fight coming up...when you are training for a fight that is "IN COMPETITION" that is when the testing is the toughest..I mean you can't say he is out of competition and he IS TRAINING FOR A FIGHT!!

So if he was using his "nasal spray" between rounds during the fight then it would be a problem. lol what a joke.

BJS is a hypocrite and I am not at all surprised he tested positive.
I’m not making any accusations but I have it on good authority that he isn’t the only one enhancing in that gym.

That's not how it works Larry. YOU can't make up your own definition.

If he sniffed an entire bottle during the fight, the rule might apply. When insufflated (sniffed) the halflife and delivery effect is different than if it was an injection or oral dose. Thus, the transient nature renders it to be a non-performance enhancing drug.

Not saying it's impossible for the rules to have changed in the last 2 years but I'll wait for comment from VADA before celebrating.

Several professional athletes also have been disqualified from sport due to testing positive for oxilofrine, which is banned by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) and most major sports organizations including Major League Baseball (MLB) and the National Football League (NFL).

Also, just out of curiosity, has UKAD ever caught anyone doing anything that would disqualify them?

He literally said "I stand corrected" in another thread and then he goes back to making the exact same argument.
