Hell, wasn't Rios supposed to fight Sam Egginton on the Josh-Pov card had Sam won on the Amir Khan card.

          He should be ready.

Sad, but whatevs. If he's guilty, punish him according to the law and what fits the crime. If found to be false, whoever the woman is should pay for this nonsense. Even if he isn't found guilty, his reputation is done because of it.

Now that I think about it, had they allowed him to go on and fight this Sunday, how good would have his mental state been? If you're facing a **** charge (whether true or false), your head won't be in a fight.

Ortiz has proven to be a mental midget anyway, so fighting with these types of pending charges, would've robbed the fans of a thorough performance.

Ortiz is a huge disappointment. He was supposed to be the next De La Hoya. He fell very short of that! PBC should never give him anymore opportunities. If found not guilty, I have no problem with him continuing his career. But keep him off television until he works his way back up the latter and is worthy.

                    I suppose

although, he has not been found guilty at this point

                    yea, this is serious alright

the situation with Tyson keeps springing to mind

on a different note..... if found not guilty, I think the accuser should face the same sentence

liars are the cause of most of the problems in the world today

                    NOT saying Ortiz is innocent
