The proof has been in the pudding thus far.

Last week the rumour was it was going to be a Bivol and Munguia double header, Munguia now saying he wants to end the year in Mexico. Maybe Bivol gone DAZN, Hearn saying his last 2 cards of the year will be headlined by 2 new signings.

I wouldn't be surprised. HBO should let Munguia fight scrubs in Mexico and only bring him back against better opposition.

I agree with this to an extent. While I believe Smith would be better served taking a tuneup, don't count him out in this fight.
Bivol clearly beat Chilemba, but Chilemba was landing a bit more frequently than the HBO crew were acknowledging.
I feel Bivol's defense is going to have to be more on point in this fight, otherwise, he might have some serious problems.

It's a shame to waste Bivol's talent on Smith. I wish he was fighting someone better. I think Bivol is the best light heavyweight in the world.

Bazooka Joe has more of a chance than given credit, remember he fractured his jaw early in the Barrera fight which kept him from mounting any offense afterwards!

When he did mount offense, he was making Barrera very gun shy and hesitant while taking shots an eventually getting dropped!

We don’t know how good Bivol’s chin is, for all we know it could be made from Taiwan and Joe could knock him out if he catches him with a straight right!

But yes, his management is garbage!
