Abel Sanchez is just overcompensating for his smack talk before and saying GGG would win easily if Canelo didn't run. Instead it was competitive and ebbed and flowed, Canelo was a lil shaky late in the fight though in 10 or 11th.

Get out of here. Lampley was clearly going for GGG, and he swayed public opinion in Golovkin's favor. It's not a coincidence that people tend to say a certain fighter won if Lampley was pushing that fighter during a close match. He calls shots for GGG that Canelo actually landed.

But I do get a kick out of the fanboys on here saying that Canelo "destroyed" GGG like he had him hurt or completely dominated him...even the OFFICIAL judges had it by 1 round..that's how close the fight was, it was an excellent performance by both and could've gone either way...Now, if these GGG-Haters want to educate themselves (which they probably WON'T) and want to see someone dominate, completely humiliate and shut down his opponent, then they should watch Mayweather vs Canelo....

Dude I lost a grand on that fight and I was ok with the result. Went to the wire. It was a good fight, shocking at times as well but you know how it is had Canelo lost they wouldn't be here under the same names now.

Lampley was pumping up his voice every time GGG did anything, but Roy and Max kept it balanced! What was funny is that Sanchez unknowingly made statements in the corner which supported what Roy and Max were saying. "You're giving him too much respect," "you need to work the body," "We're losing this son!'"
