Comparing Wilder to Klitschko?! Yea, right.
btw, Martin and Parker didn't get a rematch so why should Wilder? For running an organized smear campaign against AJ and rising his price and profile on his back? Go fook yourselves!

WBO have already said Joshua needs to fight his mandatory within 180 days. IBF final eliminator happens next month and their mandatory will be due. Keep up with the news if you want to talk crap.

yup. They were screaming "WBO WBO!!" without checking that it was also Povetkin.

So now they're screaming "IBF IBF!!" because we all know that the IBF will declare a mandatory defense immediately after a number one contender is crowned

Not against unified champs with 3 belts, who are also the moneymakers compared to the opponent, you idiot. Martin and Parker didn't get it, and AJ entered Parker fight with 2 belts, not 3 like it would be in Wilder fight.

Wrong. WBO mandatory is due, that Povetkin was only WBA.

The WBO hasn’t appointed a mandatory challenger for its heavyweight title. That hasn’t stopped the sanctioning organization from informing Anthony Joshua that he’ll have to make a mandatory defense of that championship within 180 days of his September 22 fight against Alexander Povetkin, assuming the heavily favored Joshua wins that bout at London’s Wembley Stadium. Sky Sports reported Thursday that the WBO hasn’t determined whether it’ll first order an elimination match to establish the mandatory challenger for Joshua’s title.

Wrong. That was only the WBA. He has 180 days from the Povetkin fight to fight the WBO mando.

Will we see Joshua vs Wilder in April?
                  Bad Left Hook
                  September 24, 2018:

On Saturday night, a Tweet went round which had Tyson Fury’s trainer quoted as saying both Tyson AND Deontay have rematch clause, meaning that Fury and Wilder will engage in a two-fer of sorts. They are to clash December 1 and then, it would seem, do it again. When? Maybe after a four months or so, say, April?

Can you confirm, I asked Shelly Finkel, who is the public face leading negotiations for the Alabama boxer, who holds the WBC heavyweight strap? That would make April 13 a no-go for Deontay then, right, Shelly?

“Right now Deontay is fighting Fury,” the NYC resident Finkel, with 40 years in the business, answered. “If there is a real offer from Joshua, then at that time we will discuss our options. We think he is going to fight Dillian Whyte, so nothing to discuss there either.

So, you get the lay of the land? Team Deontay is saying they just don’t think April date will have their name on it. Now, Finkel did not explicitly address the rematch on both sides setup, so not sure what to think there.

But I just think the timing is off. Do we expect Team AJ to negotiate with Wilder for an April 13 scrap as Wilder counts down to a near coinflip fight with defensive ace Tyson Fury? Does that make mucho sense to you?
