That's why he or Joshua will never fight King Kong because Ortiz has much more left in the tank than Povetkin like: Chin, stamina, reflexes, balance, defense and punching power.
Ortiz nearly ****ed Wilder up because he's weak, not because he's some king or something.

Povetkin couldn't do that to Joshua due to him being the clearly superior fighter.

When did Povetkin nearly fail the medical? When did Povetkin need to take blood pressure pills? He never did with either did he? That alone tells us who was in the better condition out of the two.

Also the presumption that he can't box is a bit off given his performance vs Stiverne I and Duhappas. The concern for Joshua is the chin given his defense vs aggressive fighters for which Wilder can sometimes be. Regarding Povetkin, his career post meldonium is questionable. More importantly, his resume outside of a UD vs Klitschko is mediocre. Saying he hasn't been stopped before says little given the amount of times Klitschko put him down and the fact that Price also put him down.
Price didn't put Povetkin down though? Show me the evidence if this is true?

And most of the Wlad knockdowns were due to pushing and leaning on him. To be fair, Wlad should have been DQ'd that night. This is the first real defeat Povetkin has suffered in my eyes.

I do want to emphasize that fighters don't just fatigue on their own. Sometimes the opponent wears a guy down.
But Wilder didn't wear Ortiz down? They did nothing but look at each other for the first 6 rounds. After that 7th round where he had Wilder out on his feet he gassed out and never did anything from that point on.

Miss me with the fabrication and hyperbole. You don't even have a point, just being argumentative for no good reason.

Try the 3rd round. If not for the corner....then he gets a standing 8. Watch more fights...talk less ish.

Agreed.... Joshua fatigued on his own in the 5th round when knocking Klitschko to the canvas. Canelo sometime fatigues in fights even when he is having things his own way. Don’t get me wrong fighters can punch themselves out or be fatigued because of the pace of the fight but Wilder was very tentative in the fight vs Ortiz and in all honesty Ortiz was labouring and got caught

He got caught....laboring....lazy...lost focus...fell into bad habit on defense...you be the judge. Ultimately, when he wasn't tentative, he landed well on Ortiz and was winning. Now your boy Sid says paint was drying in the ring until Ortiz brought the heat and had Wilder out on his feet. Never saw a guy move like that while out on his feet. Go figure.

Do you know as a Joshua fan the Ortiz fight gives me the most confidence. It was a good win don’t get me wrong what with him being a southpaw it was awkward. Wilder showed he has heart to come through what he did and still win but I see chronic weaknesses in his Arsenal.( to be fair I was not overly impressed with Joshua on Saturday so the feelings could be mutual)

Deontay because his lack of competition and being in dog fights when he is hurt he does not know what to do. I rate Ortiz as a puncher but he did not make the most of Deontay at his mercy. He punched Wilder for 48 seconds without reply. Wilder didn’t hold, tuck up, move away from danger, or throw a single punch back in the direction of Ortiz. Just staggered with his chin wide open until the bell rang.

Fabrication and hyperbole? So they didn't just stare at each other then for 6 rounds while the crowd constantly booed? Ortiz didn't gas out bad after that 7th round?

That's exactly what happened. Claiming it's hyperbole is nothing but delusion on your part. You know that happened but you can't admit it because you want to paint a picture of the American Wilder being this legit force or some ****. It's insecurity when you can't face up to the truth. So stop waiving the stars and stripes and start talking sense.

Right...that's his Achilles. He resorts to street fight instincts at times. The question is can Joshua avoid the heat long enough to get Wilder in trouble like that and get him out a there before gassing.
