Canelo is the biggest financial draw no doubt due to being a huge star in the biggest boxing market.

I'd wager good money that Joshua is better known globally though. Being a HW champion is a big deal everywhere.

When I was in Bangkok, Thailand, this summer, it was a 20ft picture of Joshua in the Under Armour store, not Canelo.
