Wilder v Fury 2 Way Rematch Clause?

According to this journalist of UK newspaper The Independent, Tyson Fury's trainer Ben Davison has said Tyson has a rematch clause as well which is bizarre for a voluntary defence. Basically means no chance of an April showdown with Joshua. If true it seems Wilder doesn't have much interest in fighting Joshua anymore.

There can still be stipulations or requirements for bouts in between. But yea if this is true & it is a close fight it could kill an April fight with Joshua. I say a April fight has been dead since they didn't agree to the fight already doe. The fight isn't happening til 2020 & thats been the reality as I'm seeing things transpire.

What sort of advice is Wilder getting if he is handing out re-match clauses in voluntary defences?

        Surely this isn't true?

Highly skeptical of this.. but if fury did have a rematch clause it must be stipulated only if he loses a close points decision or if based on by figures from UK territory PPV sales as wilder knows AJ will still be around after a fury rematch ??

Doesn't seem like very shrewd business In All honesty

AJ is waiting for Wilder to turn 35 anyway, so I don't think this really matters.

But Ortiz was feared the most of anyone at 38 and 39 year old povetkin was touted to smash AJ to submission on the inside by many on here ??

              35 is nothing ...surely?

I just hate this constant fight stalling bull**** in boxing. Look at UFC: Khabib vs. McGregor; both are in their prime. Ortiz gave Wilder all he could handle, but, maybe, a younger Ortiz stops Wilder. Povetkin gave AJ some trouble, as well, and, if he were younger, I doubt he would do worse. That's the problem with boxing though. We'll never know.

Fury said during the negotiations that it was being treated as a unification, not a voluntary, and that level of respect being shown is the reason the fight was happening.
