I agree, considering he had the flu, etc., that was a solid performance. For AJ to acknowledge he could lose is one of the best ways not to lose because it keeps him on his best at all times. Mike Tyson always thought he was indestructible and his arrogance cost him. AJ on the other hand has a very realistic approach and a better sense of himself. I also thought AJ was being honest and forthcoming in this article and was just detailing how camp went and that it was not the perfect camp and he described it with no BS at all and that is admirable.Last edited by richardt; 09-24-2018, 10:11 AM.Comment

Debatable but I don’t feel like it’s a reason to lie. If it was a ****ty stoppage and a statement like this came out I would be more inclined to believe there was a lie somewhere. Let’s be real if he didn’t come out and say something like that after the takam or Parker fights it’s unlikely it’s a lie. People just don’t like Eddie Hearn.Comment
