If Joshua wants Wilder next it's a very easy problem to solve. Offer Wilder 50/50 and the fights done so it's not a financial reason it's not done. This should be about legacy and not money.

Staples Center or Mandalay Bay EC have been publicly marked as the final two options for the December 1st fight date, and don't act as if you didn't see Wilder fight in front of near 14k at Barclays Center.
