That’s why i never wanted the fight to happen in the first place. It should’ve been AJ-wilder winner vs fury on april 13 had the fight been made this year.

Fans would have zero doubts about fury’s condition by then. And it’ll make a bigger fight. With all guys meeting with 0 on their records.

But instead we got it the other way around. Now many are doubting the legitimacy of the wilder-fury fight, and Aj-Wilder is still unsure.

So we’re just gonna settle with those fights one day with losses on their records already.

Nonetheless, i’m a fan of fury and if he losses it will make the wilder-aj bigger which is fine by me as a boxing fan.

This is the biggest, most interesting fight that can be made in boxing today. The buzz around a possible fight between Wilder and Joshua is huge, it needs to happen ASAP and the only way that gets done next is if Wilder beats Fury. Most boxing fans are bored to death of Tyson Fury's pitty pat style, they expect Heavyweights to score big knockouts. Wilder vs Joshua would be a huge shot in the arm for boxing, guaranteed excitement which is the opposite of what the fat Gypsy brings. War Wilder!!!
Fury vs AJ would be a much bigger fight and better for the sport as a whole. Fury is an entertaining, charismatic anti-hero who can atually fight. Wilder is a race baiting half-wit who can't even sell tickets in his own home town.

Honestly, I've been more a Fury fan in the past than Wilder. I watched Fury when no one in the states knew who he was. I stopped liking him when he started acting like a big douchebag though.

Wilder has always come across as a cool human being but his boxing makes me cringe. I can't get behind a guy that doesn't respect his craft.

I understand. Which fight would you rather see though, Wilder vs Joshua or Fury vs Joshua??

As a boxing fan, all combinations of the above, and I think Ortiz belongs in that mix as well.

I hate the modern boxing narrative that a guy is ruined after a loss. All these guys should be fighting each other and I'm not even worried about which order they do it in.

No, it's not likely at all. In fact, it's very unlikely he will face Joshua on 4/13.

Hearn is insisting he sign a deal before 12/1, which will never happen and Hearn knows that. So clearly Hearn doesn't actually want the fight.

Also, Hearn will insist on having the fight on DAZN and Wilder will want it on SHO PPV or FOX PPV. Likely a deal breaker.

Don't expect the fight 4/13. Chances are it won't happen.

I disagree, I'm pretty confident now that they'll work out a deal. As long as Wilder's side can accept that the fight will be at Wembley and Joshua's side accepts that they need to give Wilder a good percentage of the split then I think it happens.

Appreciate your confidence. Please make sure to bump this thread when it's Joshua vs Whyte in April.

Joshua's side doesn't want the fight yet, so they won't "give Wilder a good percentage of the split."
