How much credit should AJ get for beating 5001 year old Pedvetkin??

Lets be real Pedvetkin is a fossil. nobody knows his real age. and hes not even on the juice so it wasn't a level playing field.

a juice-less Povetkin still managed to outbox AJ until his fossilized body deteriorated. not bad..

how much credit should Joshua get??

He gets credit for knocking out a legit contender .
And he gets a lot of credit for knocking him out instead of stinking out a boring D.

Zilch, because Povetkin was a cherry pick. He had the chance to become undisputed against Deontay Wilder but passed up the opportunity to challenge him. Tonight's fight gave him such a scare that he will probably avoid Wilder till 2021.

Zero.. Old ped cheats like Ortiz and Povetkin don't deserve any credit. But he has Vlad, Parker and Whtye on his record. Who has Wilder got? Stiverne? Hahah.

He gets credit...BUT the caveat is that Povetkin did look his age even against Price. On the other hand, Alexander came to fight and did very well until the last few rounds before getting put away....He was old but definitely game but people cannot put Povetkin up on too much of a pedestal as even Huck (a career cruiserweight) had nearly beat him.

Come on now, Povetkin is old but he is nowhere near 5000 years old, that's ridiculous. Don't tell me you actually believe he is anywhere near that old?

Decent enough win and did what he had to do. Anyone that saw Povetkin's last few fights know that he's done and was ready to be taken out but he still has ability in flashes but too old to sustain it.

it's a decent enough win and good name on the resume, but really he's an over the hill fighter.

Same amount of credit as Wilder did for Ortiz.
