Jeff Harding (white skinned) from Australia when he beat Dennis Andries (black/dark skinned) for the wbc light heavyweight title. Harding was a late replacement for Donny Lalonde and was a huge underdog anywhere outside of Australia. Pretty dumb topic I think but this is one I remember from back in the day.
