It's not just he lost it's how he lost face a mangled mess after being pushed around by the smaller man after not answering the bell for a Mexican style fight. He took a lot of punishment. First loss pretty humiliating at that with his advanced age. A young fighter or just getting out boxed no big deal you can bounce back from a L. I'm just saying when a fighter has that killer aura shattered they usually not the same. I think GGG ready to cash out so make the most dough on the way out. I personally wouldn't mind being wrong and would like to see him try it.
Should GGG move up now.

a MD with two 113-115 cards isn't a humiliating loss though. Many had him ahead in both fights. Fighters faces look worse the older they get, which is why it's ****** to judge a fight based on facial damage. Go look at any George Foreman post fight from his return. His face looked like a catchers mitt after his wins. His corner would run in there and throw sunglasses on him before the decision was announced. It's not just he lost it's how he lost face a mangled mess after being pushed around by the smaller man after not answering the bell for a Mexican style fight. If he wins the trilogy then the fourth one should be at 168.That's sounds like a good idea.
Chase Canelo for the money fight then move up.
It coukd be an all or nothing choice but hes not got much to lose now at this point and i actually will think it woykd help him.
These young guys at 160 are too quick and powerful for him now at this stage.
Especially now theirs a blueprint to fighting him two ways.
I think the fight was that close if they fight again next month we won’t know who to bet for.
Next May though Nelo will be the favorite as GGG will be 37 by then.Comment

This.
Ain't nothing at 168 that'll get him paid like he can get paid at 160. I know fans love to see guys move up & win belts & sh^t, but this is a money game too. And the money is more important to a lot of guys cuz its a dangerous career choice & you only got a limited run at this.
I think GGG should aim at Canelo III cuz f#ck if he can win in Vegas or not (he can btw) thats the biggest payday for him & his family out there by a mile. If he can't make that fight then Jacobs & BJS, assuming they win their next fight, should do well enough for him. And if Andrade wins he might be able to get a nice payday from Hearn for fighting on DAZN. Sitting back & waiting on some results is a good plan for him right now.
168 just gots some young guys who are still building up their names that is a lose lose lose situation for GGG. If he beats them no one cares, if he loses to them he's a bum & he's not gonna get THAT paid for fighting them win or lose. No point in moving up unless he just can't make the weight.Comment

Its one thing if you always had swelling and problem with cuts youra MD with two 113-115 cards isn't a humiliating loss though. Many had him ahead in both fights. entire career. GGG never looked like that before he started fighting canelo. It wasn't a old age thing it was eating too many canelo clean bombs. And yes spending a year taunting a man about Mexican style and then taking a Mexican style azzz whooping from the smaller man is humiliating why you think he sprinted to the locker room and all a sudden forget English and only used a translator at the press conference. Nothing about the way he behaved after the fight was normal GGG. That's because his trainer told him he was losing his face was battered his trainer then threw him more under the bus after the fight.Comment

Depends on his next fight whether he can hang with these guys still or if that was his last prime performance.This.

I hope im wrong but I think GGG looked very despondent with the way hes been scored in them last two fights.
He seems resigned to the fact being the nice guy gets you nowere in boxing.
It's all about boxing politics and money.
Canelo took GGG heart in that fight.
I hope im wrong.Comment

Still you go for the money over a belt. Or the smart guy does. Winning a belt over these young cats don't do anything for him. Legacy doesn't pay bills, money does. And the money is at 160.Depends on his next fight whether he can hang with these guys still or if that was his last prime performance.
