Abel did a great job at baiting Canelo to fight toe to toe, it's too bad GGG couldn't capitalize and resorted to the Cuban school of boxing.

Props to Abel for admitting the truth and letting the world know his horse is on his way to the glue factory.

Sanchez probably has this eerie feeling GGG is firing him.

He did throw GGG under the bus telling reporters when grilled about GGG running from a Mexican Style fight and kept backing up jabbing said hey GGG wouldn't listen to me I told him to fight attack stand his ground. GGG didn't follow my game plan. I think able knew there was going to be collateral damage for the smack talk and Mexican style BS after they didnt deliver and rather then jump on that grenade he pushed GGG on it. lol

I think he trying to save face and keep options open for new younger fighters. He knows GGG on the way out and he don't want to take credit for GGG getting backed down and punked by the little man.

Why is Abel Sanchez steadily swinging off Canelo's nutts like George of the jungle?? 🤔🤔

Next he’ll be saying that Canelo has really nice taste in shorts and great eyelashes, and you know, just has that special something about him. This is getting embarrassing.

Abel knew GGG was loosing the fight and repeatedly instructed him to stop backing up and fight this guy. He realized that there was some harsh things being said during the lead-up and that could cost GGG a rematch. Perhaps, he wanted to right those wrongs to ensure another opportunity. He also realized that GGG was getting bullied by a smaller fighter who came up in weight.

They did not expect Canelo to come forward, GGG was lost when he saw Canelo right in his face. I guess he did not train for that kind of fight.

Maybe he wants to hop off the sinking ship into a new ship.

Abel is thinking Canelo might consider hiring him to be a part of his team one day knowing GGG is past his prime and is on his way out.
