I knew Nacho was going to hate on Canelo. Almost every other fighter though Canelo won clearly. Names like:

Andre Ward
Errol Spence
Mikey Garcia
Both Charlos
Chavez Sr
Roberto Duran
The Mayweathers
The Garcias
And many more!!

Roberto has been riding Canelo since before the first fight.

Andre Ward has a person grudge against Golovkin.

Spence doesn't appreciate white fighters. "Lomachenko isn't anything special" (LOL)

The only names on there I'll accept are Roberto Duran, Charlos, and Mikey since he seems down to earth most of the time.


Now how about we name the other one's who thought Golovkin won this fight? Terence Crawford, Carl Frampton, Shawn Porter, Lennox Lewis, Danny Jacobs (but I guess we shouldn't count him), should I continue?

It’s crazy. That’s when I know these people are just onto their “teams” I get people coming at me saying I love Pacquaio (who I hated lol) and hate Crawford (my favorite current fighter) because I think GGG won or because I think Lomachenko is good at Boxing.

For people that say there won’t be a 3rd fight or even a 4th, don’t know anything about the business of boxing. That is still the most lucrative fight out there for Canelo. And if the 3rd fight happens, don’t be suprised if they figure out a way to give GGG a split decision if it’s close to make a 4th fight. It’s not always about what the fans want or think should or shouldn’t happen. It’s about those networks, promoters, business partners, etc, and how they can load their pockets as Nacho said.

Frampton doesn't count he's white, Jacobs doesn't count he has a white promoter, Porter doesn't count because his teeth are too white, Lewis doesn't count because he's British which means he's basically white, Crawford doesn't count because he's friendly with Loma.

Funny thing is I am joking here but I actually think I covered the rationale for what posters here would claim.

Re: that Spence quote he did say that and imply racism as to why people think Loma's good but a week later he was interviewed ans said Loma is the best fighter in the world pound for pound. Maybe Spence is just a drunk (as evidenced by the post fight presser of Garcia-Porter).

100% agree. Canelo fought great but he lost in my eyes. . . . but I'm ready to move on. I'll watch the replay one day. The only book that matters to me is my own. Sure it doesn't matter to anyone else but so what. I had Golovkin winning both fights vs. Canelo.
