should fight BJS by december. Saunders will never fight Canelo as he's not a KO fighter and would have to win on points, which we all know now it's an impossible task against Canelo.

Anyway, it's a good way to fight a big name, stay relevant and god knows, win a belt.

The first fight was an easy 8-4. 7-5 being acceptable.

The last fight I had 7-5 with a Draw being acceptable.

With all the exceptionally close rounds, GGG never really looking more than tired and never once touching the ropes (while canelo was hurt twice and did) GGG outworked and in most outlanded explain how Canelo won those rounds?

Why couldnt the 1st fight be 6-6??? Canelo rounds 1-3 and 10-12??? I gave GGG 7-5 but round 10 on a toss-up. Could of went either way. Round 1 Canelo was the only one who threw body shots and combos.

3. And a lot of fighters, hall fame fighters, top P4P fighters and world class trainers said Canelo won so what's your point? Spence, Ward, Charlo, Robert Garcia, George Foreman, Marquez, Austin Trout, Chavez, Khan ect all said Canelo beat GGG.

Jacobs was frustrated thought he beat GGG and he still stayed and did his interview he didn't run like a bytch to the locker room like GGG did. So when others run after losses they are sore loser and bad sport. GGG does it and it's cool?

Sorry but not surprising from a dude mocking a fighter with a picture showing facial injuries (that's what happens when you fight and put your life on the line)

If GGG dcked Ward, it would be more because of skills than his 168 power.

Nelo is light speed ahead of any 175 fighter when it comes to quickness, GGG struggled with Nelo's speed and D, not his power, he never had room to time his money punches in 24 rounds.

A puncher ain't sht when he can't land his money punch.

GGG would throw and land all the Kitchen on a guy like Smith, GGG would just put a beating on that guy. Smith would have GGG on his chest all night and got timed big time.

GGG's problem versus Nelo was "Speed kills" not Nelo's power or his style or whatever.


I always said GGG needs to move up before he got Jermain Taylored like Bernard by a quick young fella.

You guys sleeping on GGG, he's 37 years old soon, fought a war with Nelo who is just one of the quickest fighter in the game (who is actually faster P4P?), in a competitive fight, in a division who is starting to look bad for him IMO.

Well you're entitled to your opinion as is everyone else. Like I said I watched it live and I was drunk and I had it a draw but I'll wait to see it again Saturday night to make an honest assessment of the fight.
But at the end of the day it's a Canelo victory so it is what it is.
Much props to both fighters for a great fight though. That we can at least agree on...

The challenger should make it convincing to beat the champ. So in a sense yes, I lean towards the champ in a very close round. Not always, but mostly. That's the whole point, that's always been the point to judging a title fight. You gotta be convincing to beat the champ.
