I think the only valid comparison is that the less popular guy won the fights but got robbed. I'd say GGG won the fights clearer than Marquez won fight II but not as clear as he won fight III.

As far as action it's not as good. Less adjustments made, less skill, less talent etc; These two guys are very good fighters whereas Marquez and Pacquaio were all-time great fighters. I think fight II, IV, I of that series was better than Saturday's fight comfortably and fight III was better than GGG-Canelo I which was a dud IMO.

I think This fight was more technical than some of the Pac-Narquez fights. However great fights. I feel Pac won first two . Third one was close. Fourth one Pac was winning but got caught with perfect punch. I think the little boy who cried wolf applies here. Marquez whined so much people actually started believing everything he said. He is a notorious por sport and a cheat by the way . We all know this even though he wasnt tested.

More so the Canelo/GGG fights are similar to Pac/JMM in terms of them always being competitive no matter how many times they face off.

True, every fighter has one who is a rival and their styles mesh. To me This is a prime example.
