Comments Thread For: Sanchez: I Knew Canelo Would Fight That Way; Was Goaded Into It

Canelo fought a perfect balance of forward/backward/side to side this time. This fight was much more exciting than the last. Both guys showed they were top shelf in the chin and heart and determination areas last Saturday.

It's one thing if Sanchez was yelling just jab baby don't stop that's all we need is that jab. But he told the dummy you losing he told him to go to the body he told the world before the fight that was how they would beat Canelo. GGG was just too scared of getting knocked out eating counters so he refused to do it. GGG backed down from a Mexican Style fight. Canelo was walking around T-Mobile with GGG's balls in his back pocket. When you beg for a Mexican Style and complain the guy ran in fight 1. Then let the smaller man the so called runner back you down and phuk your face up and destroy you to the body it's no more excuses you can use. Props to Sanchez for offering no excuses too bad GGG is a sore loser ran away to the locker room and is still making excuses.
ROY JONES TO GGG "YA''LL SAID CANELO RAN & YOU RAN! HE CAME OUT & STALKED YOU!"

But not sure the 'neutralised' word is the right one. Canelo went for a clear win, and Golovkin didn't let him have it. Golovkin went for a clear win, and Canelo didn't let him have it - they matched each other in both skill and will.
Does Golovkin have a possible game-plan to beat Canelo ? Maybe not - maybe that was the best he could do (which I believe). Same sentence but with the names switched around.
So neutralised/matched, whatever, maybe one of them makes a mistake in III and the other capitalises to the point of a decisive outcome. I think that's the only way it ends differently, unless Golovkin's age starts to show more and it makes the difference next May.

Roy Jones breaks down Canelo-Golovkin 2 results
“Well, it’s kinda tough to say. I gotta look at it again. I’ma tell you like this, though — my things was, I’m not mad, I would’ve want to see another draw because nobody dominated nobody. But, the only bad thing I think...[Golovkin’s] trainer said he want Canelo to stand there and fight...Then ya’ll ran! But ya’ll said he ran, but ya’ll ran! You can’t do that and think they gonna give you the fight!
“You complaining because you said he running, so he changed his whole fight game and come out and come right at you...don’t get it wrong, I still think GGG did his thing, and he could’ve won the fight by a couple rounds, or it coulda been a draw...but what I’m saying is when you ask a man to come and fight you toe-to-toe and you run from him, why would I give that to you?! You told me last time you didn’t beat him because he ran from you, right?...So he came out there and stalked you and you ran from him.
“When you tell everybody that no, we want him to stand there and he come out and walk right to you and do what you ask, and he’s the little man coming up, how can you get mad if they give him the decision? I can’t get mad at that."

Sanchez blaming his fighter and making all good things about him. When did it come to this that the trainers want the limelight as much as the fighters? I am thinking of Teddy Atlas who shouts and begs for the spotlight, as well as Freddy Roach, Floyd Mayweather, and other rock star wannabes.
