The fight wasn't that bad. It was a tactical chess match. It only seemed bad because people were expecting Pac to go balls to the wall, but he hasn't done that since the Marquez KO.

I still think it was a good fight.
More like he couldn’t anymore imo. 3 years after the KO is not a short time.
He didn’t have the energy to throw all those wreckless awkward powershots for an entire 12 rounds anymore.
His second gear noticeably diminished, it’s quite observable even in the bradley II fight.
36 is just old — albeit still very good since they’re atgs — for a style like that.
He is just not the same mentally. The furiousity, the killer instinct was gone and people were like “oh pac is smarter now he boxes now” but it weakened him considerably. It was a playsafe version of him after the Marquez KO. Still exciting nonetheless, which says a lot.
But it his boxing mode was tailor made already for master boxer in Floyd.

Reading Pacquiao's comments, it seems like a publicity stunt by Mayweather on the eve of Canelo-Golovkin II. Out of the other options listed by Manny, I think the most likely is fighting Khan on DAZN.

This^^. A lot of people will say they wont watch this fight. I call bullsh** on that. I'll admit 1st fight was somewhat of a dud, but this fight would actually be good for boxing. Maybe not to most hardcore fan, but this fight would definitely create a big buzz, which boxing needs. Highly doubt it does anywhere near the numbers in the 1st fight, but I'm forsure down to see this a 2nd time around.

Pac believed that May couldnt punch, when he got into the ring he realized, ooopppppps....and did what most other boxers did, just try to make the final bell. He decided that he didnt "really" want to "go for it" because the last time he tried, he woke up and everyone was gone, arena was empty. The pain he never wants to live through again, even though we thought he was dead.

Well yeah boxing casual will pay for it in a heart-beat. I think most people on here will recognize that those two are well passed their best (they were passed their best in the first fight) and Mayweather largely dominated the first fight.

I may be a sucker, but i do have my limits. I didn't order the floyd conor match for example. But This is 2 boxing legends we are talking about. S*** if Lennox And Vitali decided to have that rematch, you best believe my ass paying for that ppv lol.

                    This one? Nothing.

                    Totally pointless fight.
Just like Floyd vs Mcgregor ... totally pointless but guess what? It made millions.

If the rematch gets announced today, this forum will go crazy. Posters just wanna act like they have no interest because nothing is for sure yet, but if they come out and announce that the rematch is on, this forum will explode.
