It's not the same logic because on the draw card only one judge saw fit to give Golovkin the 9th.

While two judges agreed that Canelo won the 12th.

Tough, close fight. I thought the only truly clear round was Round 10 to GGG, for each of the others I could see an argument for either fighter.

The remarkable thing is that all three official judges agreed exactly on the first 6 rounds! All three had rounds 1 and 4 for GGG and 2,3,5 and 6 for Canelo.
They also agreed that Rounds 10 and 11 went to GGG.
