Can't change the outcome but fk let's see how ppl score fights around this place.
Clear Rounds for GGG - 1, 4, 10, 11 and 12 (yes 12, wtf were the judges watching that round - Canelo had faded and lost his legs at that point and it was obvious) - 5 clear rounds for GGG

    Clear Rounds for Canelo - 2, 3, 5, 6 - 4 clear rounds for Canelo

    7, 8 and 9 are debatable.

He said he'd go for the ko instead of running and he did that. He fought wonderful and made the fight a 9 out of 10 if I was grading it. Great fight. Drama, blood, battling in the center of the ring and high IQ craftsmanship in there. Both guys had good moments and the fight had drama all the way through. Neither guy should be ashamed for that performance whatsoever. But....there's always a but. The wrong man won a close fight. Lederman scored it 8-4 for GGG and that's what I scored it. Yes Canelo did better than I expected and I trust that he wasn't doping but you have to take a champions title and he simply didn't do it. With Hopkins' record at stake and that sh@t eating grin at the end and how surprised Canelo was when he actually won, tells me that they dug deep in those pockets to ensure the Canelo win. As others on here have pointed out, you just can't beat Canelo by decision in Vegas at a Golden Boy event. GGG got straight played in both fights and I think he knows it. Canelo just didn't win. Just doing better than expected shouldn't equate to a win in anything. Especially boxing. I feel terrible for GGG because I know this is because he was a) about to break Hopkins' mw defense record and b) he's an older fighter and is far less profitable long term for HBO and Golden Boy. What a shame. Boxing can be a cruel sport.
GGG trainer doesn’t agree with you. Said the judges were great and no complaints and a 3rd one would be warranted

And of course that card denied GGG a draw. No surprise there. Rigged sh@t. If there's a 3rd fight. I won't buy it. Shame on me buying this twice. I can see 7-5 GGG but nothing worse. He hurt Canelo at least 3 times and was shellacking him with jabs. Canelo did land some good body shots and surprised me by standing toe to toe, but he just got out worked and out landed. Again.

I split the 7,8,9 Golovkin, Canelo, Golovkin. That 12th round being given to Canelo was the only travesty I can call out.

I would want a big 3rd payday as well.

Or even Charlo for that matter. I don't think Canelo will fight any top middleweight any time soon.

Hog wash. If he thought his man won he’d have said so. No trainer who thinks their boxer won makes the statement Sanchez did after all the trash talking he did. Your response is nonsense

I thought 9 was a strong round for Canelo.

It was real give and take for most of the fight. I was having too much fun to actually score it, but it felt like a pretty even fight.
