I've heard people say the jump from 160 to 168 is a big one. Size matters.

      GGG is what, 5'9"?

GGG is 5’10”. Duran was 5’7” and fought Hagler at 160, and Duran even went up to 168 for a while before he retired.

What is Canelo? GGG looks maybe an inch taller, no more.

Duran was Duran. He lost a ton of fights as he moved up.

I guess if GGG wants to lose fights like Duran. Sure.

Guys move up for big names. Who should GGG move up for??

I agree with this. All his remaining fights should be middleweight title defenses to add to his record. Beating tough middleweights like Saunders, Jacobs and Jermall is better than beating Ramirez who is not a very good champion.

People seem to forget that Hopkins debuted as a LHW, lost his first fight, then decided to make a career at middleweight.

I think even 36 year old GGG would be favored over most guys at 168 so why not?

So he should move away from the biggest fights in the sport to a dead division so you can say he ducked Charlo, Jacobs and Saunders? LOL you ggg haters are ridiculous.

Fighting somebody like George Groves would be a bigger challenge in my opinion then fighting Charlo or Saunders, just because of the size difference. I'd like to see that fight.
