technically Lou isnt Wilders promoter of record, because no promotional agreement exists on paper. Lou does however stage the events that Wilder fights on, so one could conclude that even though he doesnt have "shot-caller" promotional rights for Wilder, he at least is in the room and probably knows whats what.

Tim Smith mentioned on the Boxing Esq podcast that it doesn't take a genius to know the fight isn't happening in November as it would need more time to promote. Non-story as they are targeting early December. Becomes a story if it gets further pushed away from December.
