Agreed. That shorter interval before this fight has helped him, he didn't look in great shape in the first fight against Canelo. He looked like he let himself go before the first fight in the promo pics.

i think well a similar fight like the last time but GGG has to throw more jabs to break canelos rhythm, go to the body more, understand the distance better so as to be able to cut off the ring better, when hes too close he gets hit with the uppercut, when hes too far, canelo can dodge his hooks and move out of the way.he has to trap the canelo on the ropes.

for canelo he just has to move more, he doesnt have the power to ko ggg but he too needs to go to the body more, and wish for a bigger gas tank. his style is good but he takes too many breaks and thats difficult against a pressure fighter like gennady. the man has an iron chin and doesnt get discouraged easily, ive never seen him backtrack in a fight.

both men are world class. but i thought GGG won the first fight 8-4 or 7-5, there were some close rounds but gennady clearly won in my humble opinion. im praying to all the gods out there that we see a definitive ending to this fight via KO!

People gave Canelo flak for years for not fighting a bigger guy, but whined when Gennady fought someone his own size in Danny and ducked Andre Ward. Shit is hilarious

And I still think the smaller Canelo wins - easily. His neck is smaller this time around so he'll be even faster.
