That's amazing and disgusting. They just barely paid poor Cook enough to travel from Canada and he is fighting for a world title. They lowballed the hell out of Fuentes too. Munguia, Gonzalez and Lemieux are all better than Spike and deserve more money in my opinion. Somebody at Goldenboy must love Spike but I think they are over paying him and David will knock out Mr. Creepy.

GBP made Spike a bunch of promises in order to stop him from accepting the offer to replace Canelo on May 5th. Kevin Iole, Chris Mannix, and Fat Dan were all saying that HBO and GBP were doing everything they could to stop the Golovkin from fighting on May 5th. When I repeated this stuff on NSB, I got accused of being a delusional Golovkin nutswinger.

But the proof is in the pudding.

They paid him to not fight GGG on May 5th.. tried to ruin that date for GGG since Spike was available. They basically paid him to cancel that date with GGG.
