Looking forward to it. Both guys are very capable. Kovalev's last stand though.

Any fight on ESPN had to go thru Top Rank.

            From their press release:
"We are very happy to be joining forces with Top Rank and ESPN for what we expect will be another exciting and historic fight," said Kathy Duva, CEO of Main Events. "Sergey was clearly winning his first bout with Alvarez when he just got caught. It happens. Congratulations to Alvarez for his spectacular performance, but Sergey is a warrior. He let me know that he is anxious to avenge this loss as soon as possible. We are looking forward to the new year!"

Love it, and obviously it should be easy to make the unification bout with Gvozdyk if he is able to beat Stevenson in December.

Still have to favor Alvarez as Kovalev's reflexes looked pretty bad and Alvarez seems to be able to take a punch better at this point in their respective careers.

Kovalev is stubborn. It only makes sense he goes out this way.
