you used to see this a lot more when gloves would use horsehair. after a few rounds the padding has moved around and usually away from the point of contact, IE toward the wrist or toward the fingertips, away from the knuckles.. if enough padding moves from the knuckles you get a crease.

there's a goldilocks zone in say maybe the 1970's where resolution was high enough, and glove technology was old enoguh, that y ou can see this from time to time. happened in more than one ali fight, i'd have to go back to tell you when.

I used to be a Canelo Fan 3 years ago.

But everything he is involved with is at least shady.
